The renovation of the Brothers' Residence will achieve many necessary goals as the Holy Cross Brothers no longer occupy the residence:
1) The second story is mostly vacant and its space can be fully utilized
2) Consolidating the entire school administration in one central location will improve staff communication and efficiency
3) The Brothers' Residence building is more central and accessible to students and visitors than the existing administrative offices
4) Vacating existing administrative offices to the Brothers' Residence will enable much- needed space for the expansion of the library, technology programs and new classrooms
5) NDHS Campus Ministry programs and offices will be centrally located and adjacent to St. Joseph's Chapel.
