Dear Senior Parents:

The yearbook staff is well into the production of the 2013 yearbook, and just as in previous years, the 2013 Arches will be all-color.  As is our tradition, we would like to invite you to celebrate your son/daughter’s high school achievements by purchasing a “Senior Tribute” for him/her.  These Senior Tributes, which appear at the end of the yearbook, are a unique way for you to congratulate your child at this important milestone in his/her education and to add a special touch to his/her senior yearbook.

Due to our strict production deadlines all ads, completed contracts, and payments must be submitted no later than Friday, December 14, 2012.  Ad space prices are as follows:

FULL PAGE  (7.83 inches x 9.66 inches) $350

HALF page  (7.83 inches x 4.75 inches) $200

QUARTER page  (3.83 inches x 4.75 inches) $125

EIGHTH page  (3.83 inches x 2.3 inches) $75

Submission guidelines were sent to you as attachments to the Principal's Newsletter in September and October. If you did not receive the bulletin or have misplaced it, you can download the documents here. The "ad size templates" document will show you the sizes of the ads you can purchase. The "Senior Ad Bulletin" document includes the contract you must fill out and instructions regarding submission and payment.
