Notre Dame girls' golfers cruise past Marymount

September 18, 2012 - Notre Dame continued its dominance of Mission League girls' golf opponents Monday with a 207-260 victory over Marymount at Rancho Park Golf Course.

It marked the third time this season the Knights (4-1, 2-0) have shot 210 or better.

Tina Nagai, Arielle Valdez and Janet Yeo all shot 40s for Notre Dame, with Vivian Markel posting a 42. Green Park and Kristin Soh both carded 46s for Marymount.

Notre Dame, a nine-time Mission League champion, plays Thursday against Chaminade at Balboa Golf Course in preparation for Friday's appearance at the Lady Triton Invitational at San Clemente Golf Course.
