Attention Dance Lovers! Notre Dame’s Spring Dance Concert, entitled “All That Dance” is this Sunday, May 19th at 7pm in the gym. Come see over 60 of your fellow ND students perform everything from Hip Hop to Contemporary dances. Admission is free for students & faculty! General admission is $5. Hope to see you Sunday!
Course requests for the 2013-2014 school year. Students will be able to view updated course requests for the 2013-2014 school year in ABI beginning tomorrow afternoon, Wednesday, May 15. After logging in to ABI, click “Student Info” – “Course Requests” to see your approved courses for next school year. It is important to verify that the course list is correct and to see if you have been approved for AP/Honors classes that you requested. Any corrections should be directed to your counselor. Questions about AP, Honors, and other course approvals should be directed to the appropriate department chairperson or program head. Corrections, questions, and appeals must be resolved no later than Thursday.
Registration for the first session of Notre Dame Summer School is currently open for students who need to remediate a grade of D or F. The last day to register for a first session class is this Wednesday, May 15. Classes may be canceled if not enough students’ register, so be sure to register by May 15.
Hey Knights! Are you tired of this blazing hot weather? Well why not cool down with some frozen yogurt from Yogurtland sold by Junior ASB? They're only $4 each in a variety of delicious flavors sold at lunch and after school so stop by!
Invitation letters were mailed home to over 200 students who will be receiving an award at Notre Dame Honors Night on Wednesday, May 22nd. Lists are posted on campus in the Holy Cross Center and the Library, and also on the Notre Dame website. Anyone who will be receiving an award but cannot be present at Honors Night should see Mrs. Goossen in the Registrar’s Office.
Kids 4 Kids are having a Carnival to raise funds to support kids in need on Sunday, May 19th. Volunteers are needed for this worthy cause. Contact information is on a poster outside the Christian Service Office. Sophomore Lana Miller is the contact person.

Juniors: Cornell University’s College of Engineering is offering two programs for students interested in engineering. The Engineering Diversity Hosting Weekend (EDHW) focuses on students who identify with backgrounds traditionally underrepresented in engineering (African American/Black, Latino/a, and Native American, and The Women in Engineering Program (WIE), focuses on the experience of women engineers at Cornell. The programs will take place September 26 – 28, 2013 and will provide students with an inside view into life as a Cornell Engineer. See Ms. Abdaem in Counseling if you are interested.
