If, before Camp begins, you know of any conflicts, please notify us IN WRITING so that we know where you are. Band Camp is important to getting the year off to a good start. ALL MEMBERS OF BAND, DANCE/FLAGS AND INTRO BAND ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND. If, after Camp begins, you are going to miss a rehearsal, or a portion of a rehearsal, please email Mr. Combes at email@example.com to let us know or call the Band Office at (818) 933-3672 and follow it up with a note in the Band Center note box. Please notify us ahead of time, not after the fact.

Since we have students who may be involved with team practices, please submit your practice schedule in writing to Mr. Combes.
Once you report to Band Camp, you may not leave campus without permission. Exceptions must be supported by a written note signed by one of your parents. The note must be turned in to Mr. Combes prior to your leaving campus.
If you are on an ND team that is practicing during Band Camp, YOU NEED TO LET US KNOW YOUR SCHEDULE. When applicable, we will hold a lunch or dinner for you; but we need to know ahead of time when you will be returning to camp. In the kitchen area there will be a sign-up sheet for athletes’ meals so that parents will now which students needs meals and on which days. You need to participate in both practice and Band Camp as much as your schedule will allow. If you have questions about conflicts with team practices, talk to Mr. Combes. PARENTS
