Boys' Varsity Basketball Continues Winning Season!
The Boys' Varsity Basketball Team has made it to the second round of the CIF State Championship Series! Their next game will be Thursday, March 11, against Pacific Hills, here at home! Tickets are $5 dollars for students and $9 dollars for general admission. The game starts at 7:00 pm, doors open at 6:00. Remember to wear a white t-shirt or your "Knight Time" t-shirt. Lets be loud and cheer the Knights on to another victory! GO KNIGHTS!

6th Annual Bulldog Classic
Notre Dame High School Freshman Boys' Basketball Team finished 3rd in the Sixth Annual Bulldog Freshman Tip-Off Classic. The Knights won the opener against John Burroughs High school 54-41. The Knights lost in the semi-finals against a very tough Burbank High School on their home floor 61-40. It was the 3rd place game that provided this best game of the tournament for the Knights. Notre Dame was matched against a very good team in Agoura High School. The Knight were down by as much as 19 points during the game and started the 4th period down by 14 points. Notre Dame was able to fight themselves back into the game with a tremendous amount of energy. Deion Elzy made two free throws to tie the game and send it to overtime. The Knights pulled off an exciting come from behind victory and won 72-68. The victory was a team effort; lead by Anthony Swan who scored 34 points, Deion Elzy scored 20 points, Kelly Hillinski scored 7 points and 10 rebound, Nick Holland had 5 steals and Nick Monica made two key baskets at the end of the game.
Freshmen 2009 Winter Classic
In the second annual Freshman Winter classic co-hosted by Bishop Alemany High School & Notre Dame High School, we saw both host schools meet in the championship game. Alemany beat Burbank to advance from pool B to the championship game versus Notre Dame. Notre Dame faced a undefeated Crepsi team that beat opponents by an average of 31 points. Notre Dame lead by Anthony Swan beat the Celts 52-46 in a hard fought battle. In the championship game the Knights were able to pull off a close victory 48-42, over the Warriors. Notre Dame went 4-0 in the tournament. Anthony Swan led the knights in scoring averaging 20 points per game. Assisting in the scoring was Deion Elzy who average 9.5 points per game.
