Here at Notre Dame, our students are offered many academic travel opportunites throughout the school year.
Feb. 2019 - Park City, Utah
"Celebrating independence, creativity and risk-taking, the Sundance Film Festival plays a vital role in identifying emerging international talent and connecting them with audiences and industry in the United States."
The Sundance Film Festival is a 2-week festival that takes place in Park City, Utah every year. The students will be attending four days of the festival running from Thursday, January 31 - Sunday, February 3. This trip will cost each student approximately $1200, though again, this cost may change depending on plane fare and increases in the cost of accommodations.
In partnership with Close Up, a nonprofit founded in 1971 with the mission “to inform, inspire, and empower students to become more active,” NDHS juniors and seniors will have the opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C. and interact with students from across the country as they learn more about government, politics, and the importance of civil engagement. Led by our government teacher, Mr. Tim Stark, the NDHS Close Up trip will take place over President’s Day week, February 17– February 22, 2019.

March 2019 - Seattle, WA
The Student Television Network Annual Convention will take place in Seattle, Washington from March 28-31. "The STN supports, promotes, and recognizes excellence in scholastic broadcast journalism, creative video, filmmaking and media convergence."
Due to the success of our French Exchange program this past April, Notre Dame High School is teaming up with Notre Dame Sainte-Croix in Paris for another exchange trip!
French students will attend ND and will be hosted by our students from October 12 through November 2, 2018. In exchange. our students will attend Notre Dame Sainte-Croix and live with the French students from April 13 through the 26th.
We are pleased to announce that we are taking students on an educational tour to England, France, Switzerland and Italy, from June 19 – July 5, 2019.
Led by Department Chair and AP European History teacher Jeremy Nelson, this tour will include England, France, Switzerland, and Italy. Highlights include London, Paris, Versailles, Burgundy, the Stanserhorn, Lucerne, Florence, Rome, the Vatican, Pompeii, and the Isle of Capri.
