School News


In honor of International Women’s Month, we recognize Malala Yousafzai is a Pakistani activist, and wrote her novel “I am Malala”. She was shot for her progressive ideas and for her activism in girls’ education. Later, she founded the Malala Fund Organization which fights to give girls the opportunity to receive education in the face of discrimination, poverty, and war. Yousafzai became the youngest Nobel prize winner in 2014.

Prom is April 6th and we want to see all of you Juniors and Seniors there! Fly to the Moon with us as we enjoy a night to remember! Tickets will be sold at lunch this week so be sure to get yours soon. Tickets will be $100 for singles and $200 for couples

All students are invited to hear civil engineer, Richard Rybak, at x period in the Lecture Hall share the path that lead to his career and opening his own engineering consulting business. Bring yourselves and your questions.

Club News


The Women’s Empowerment Club will be discussing how we can empower women in our community during x-period tomorrow in room 72. Everyone is welcome. We hope to see you there! And, to wrap up women’s month, on Thursday, you can wear purple! Purple is a color that symbolizes women internationally, and signifies justice and dignity. Happy Women’s Month, Knights!

Class News


There will be a meeting for anyone interested in running for ASB or Class Office in the Lecture Hall at the beginning of lunch.

For those students participating in the Case Studies at Providence High School, please make sure to arrive by 6:00 p.m. The program begins promptly at 6:15 pm, and please remember to have your packet and tickets with you!

Juniors taking the School Day SAT on Wednesday, March 27 must meet outside the gym no later than 7:45 am.

Seniors: Graduation Announcements are here! Jostens will be on campus to deliver graduation announcement orders, at nutrition and lunch outside the gym.

Sports News


Due to unforeseen events, there will be no games today and tomorrow. Games for the Intramural Olympics will resume on Thursday.
