The Women’s Volleyball Teams take their commitment to Cancer awareness to heart and continue to host “A Knight in Pink”, an effort to raise funds for the Valley Breast Cancer Foundation.
In the last few years, the women raised nearly $15,000 surpassing their $5000 yearly goal to help the foundation. The goal of the Valley Breast Cancer Foundation is to provide resources that can help stop premature and preventable deaths from breast cancer.
Through The Valley Breast Cancer Foundation, the women’s volleyball team learned how the center seeks to provide timely access to breast cancer screening, diagnosis, and treatment for under-insured and uninsured women.
Join our students and coaches and support this local foundation and learn more about the power of making every woman count!
