Summer Bridge
If you are required to attend Summer Bridge, you must register below by Monday, June 1, 2026. Students in Summer Bridge will review English, Math, and Study Skills, depending on their needs.
If you are not required to attend Summer Bridge but would like to join our Summer Bridge program, please also register below. The Summer Bridge program will be held from Monday, June 15, 2026, to Thursday, July 23, 2026.

Required Health Information
Please complete the Magnus Health information by clicking on the Magnus Health app under resources in your myNDHS portal.
Note: Your student will appear in Magnus within 48 hrs of completing the contract. Please log back in to Magnus and electronically sign the required forms, complete your vital health record, and upload a current physical exam form and immunization record by May 31st, 2026.

Transportation
Notre Dame High School provides optional bus transportation services for students. We are evaluating whether to continue current routes and expand bus service to accommodate the needs of our current and prospective families.
If you want to use the school bus for the 2026-2027 school year, please fill out the online bus registration. There are different bus routes listed (subject to change), so please be sure you choose the correct option for your family or add the area you need the bus service in.
